Where we ship
We currently ship within Malaysia only, to both Peninsular Malaysia and Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan.
Processing time
Every MONOTAP is printed to order, programmed with your link and tap-tested on an iPhone and an Android phone. This takes 1–2 working days after your payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery time (after dispatch)

These are estimates from our courier partners. Delays can happen during festive seasons, sales events or bad weather.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll send you the courier name and tracking number by WhatsApp or email. You can also see it on your order status page.
Address problems
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or an unsuccessful delivery, we can resend it after you pay the new shipping fee.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number (and photos, if damaged). We’ll work with the courier and send a replacement or refund you.
